Topo festivalier belge
Ca se précise du côté des trois grands festivals belges de l'été, à savoir les Ardentes, le Dour Festival et le Pukkelpop. Procédons donc par ordre chronologique et commençons par les Ardentes, dont l'affiche est désormais complète avec les ajouts de FM Belfast, The Shoes, Angus & Julia Stone et Sub Focus. Rien de bien renversant, certes, mais vu la chiée de trucs inmanquables déjà annoncé par le festival liégeois, on ne va certainement pas faire les fines bouches! Récapitulons par journée:

Du côté du Dour Festival, l'affiche est également complète depuis que se sont ajoutés les noms de Devendra Banhart, The Futureheads, Isola, Piano Club, Vismets, Serena Maneesh, The Antlers, Bacon Caravan Creek, Rainbow Arabia, Frank Shinobi, My Little Cheap Dictaphone, Wovenhand & Muzsikas, Showstar, The Van Jets, Black Heart Procession, Wild Beasts ou Dog Eat Dog. Ce qui nous donne là aussi une affiche comme d'habitude kilométrique dans laquelle il va falloir tailler sec pour en retirer une cinquantaine de trucs excellents pour cette nouvelle édition qui s'annonce une fois de plus bien épuisante. Et on termine avec ce qui reste le festival belge préféré de notre rédaction, le Pukkelpop, qui ne semble malheureusement pas à la hauteur de son 25e anniversaire qu'on imaginait déjà célébré en grandes pompes avec une affiche renversante. Pourtant, après une première salve de noms un peu tiédasse et des têtes d'affiche carrément décevantes hormis Plastikman, The Flaming Lips ou les Queens of the Stone Age (y'aura quand même cette année Iron Maiden, Limp Bizkit, Benny Benassi et Blink 182!!!), l'organisation n'est pas en mesure de réctifier la tir avec cette nouvelle série de noms qui, hormis quelques très bons trucs comme Holy Fuck, Kate Nash, Isbells, Die Antwoord, Jaga Jazzist, Flying Lotus, Darwin Deez, Uffie ou Band of Skulls, aligne surtout les têtes d'affiche à trois balles (Snow Patrol ou Deadmau5), les régionaux de l'étape déjà présents dans 15 autres festivals cet été et les groupes moyens.
