Oneohtrix Point Never ressort son dernier album en... Blu-Ray
L'année dernière, Daniel Lopatin sortait Magic Oneohtrix Point Never et on a aimé ce qu'on y a entendu. Ce 29 octobre, toujours sur Warp, le disque va prendre vie sur un format peu utilisé par le musicien de base (et de moins en moins par le consommateur de biens culturels) : le Blu-Ray. Mixé au format Dolby Atmos, le disque a été repensé pour une expérience autant visuelle que musicale. Pour en donner un avant-goût, on a droit à une nouvelle version de "Tales From The Trash Stratum" sur laquelle on peut cette fois entendre Elizabeth Fraser, la voix des Cocteau Twins.
Mais cette collaboration ne sera pas la seule chose inédite sur le disque : parmi les autres bonus tracks, il y aura un nouvel edit par A.G. Cook de "Lost But Never Alone" ou une nouvelle version de "Nothing's Special" avec le voix de Rosalía en guise de bonus. Par ailleurs, nombre de clips édités par OPN jusqu'à présent seront également compilés sur l'objet.
